Availability of flag is subject to confirmation. Please allow one working day for processing of flag orders.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. However, we do not take backorders.

We would use the most economical method of shipping to ensure you receive your order quickly. Shipping of parcels is charged according to the total weight of goods ordered. There are standard rates for Australia Post Express Post satchels.

Please check the product description for details of size, weight, colour etc. Please choose carefully, we cannot accept returns unless the item has a defect. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us for further actions. Refunds are given at the discretion of  the management.
